TERMS AND CONDITIONS — SKI GUDAURI 2026/2027

By making a booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. 

Insurance

Participation in any of our activities does not include insurance. Ski Gudauri strongly recommends having a valid accident insurance which covers skiing and snowboarding in all conditions, including off-piste and beyond the marked routes.

Ski Gudauri does not accept any responsibility in the case of an accident that occurs during any lesson or company-run event!

Payment

All rates in Georgian Lari (GEL). Information subject to change.

A down payment of 30% is required at the time of the pre-booking to secure a reservation (unless otherwise arranged). 

All reservations made 72 hours or less prior to the first class are 100% due at the time of booking! 

In some cases, you will have to pay the full cost of lessons in advance. This applies among others to high season lessons, February 1 — March 1, 2027.

The remaining balance must be paid before the beginning of the first lesson or rental period by cash (GEL) or card, online or at one of our shops in Gudauri.

Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel any service if payment is not settled in full before the beginning of the first lesson/rental period.

Cancellation policy

Any pre-booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 21 days prior to the start of the lessons and/or equipment rental period.

For any modification or cancellation less than 21 days prior to the start of the lessons and/or equipment rental period, the amount of down payment will be held back as cancellation fee. Please note that any bank transfer fees or transaction charges applied by the banks or payment providers are non-refundable and remain outside of Ski Gudauri’s control.

Any modification or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the lessons is subject to 100% payment of the total cost.

Also, no refund will be given by Ski Gudauri, in whole or in part, for unused lessons and unused days of equipment rental due to client late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to the weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of the Ski School.

Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel its lessons and/or equipment rental services for a variety of reasons. Full refund of unused lessons and/or unused equipment rental days will be made in this instance.

Policy for the Children Ski School

Class time will be reduced to 1,5 hours if there are only 1-2 children in the group.

Any group lesson with 3 or more participants will run for the full duration.

Policy for the Adult Group Lessons

A minimum of 3 participants of the same ability level is required for a group lesson to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel the group lesson. In such cases, affected guests will be notified in advance and alternative options may be offered, including private lessons.

Private lessons are subject to instructor availability and will incur an additional charge. The availability and pricing of private lessons cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Ski Gudauri.
