TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SKI GUDAURI 2022/2023
By making a booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Participation in any of our activities does not include insurance. Ski Gudauri strongly recommends having a valid accident insurance which covers skiing and snowboarding in all conditions, including off-piste and beyond the marked routes.
Ski Gudauri does not accept any responsibility in the case of an accident that occurs during any lesson or company-run event!
All rates in Georgian Lari (GEL). Information subject to change.
A down payment of 30% is required at the time of the pre-booking to secure a reservation (unless otherwise arranged).
The remainder of the balance must be paid before the beginning of the first class by cash (GEL) or card.
Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel any session if payment is not settled in full before the beginning of the first class.
Any pre-booking may be canceled or modified free of charge up to 14 days prior to the start of the lessons.
For any modification or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the start of the lessons the amount of down payment will be held back as cancellation fee.
Any modification or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the lessons is subject to 100% payment of the total cost.
Also, no refund will be given by Ski Gudauri, in whole or in part, for unused lessons and unused days of equipment rental due to client late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to the weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of the Ski School.
Policy for the Kids Camps and Children Ski & Snowboard School
Once booked and confirmed, all lessons with only 1 participant will run for a reduced time of 1,5 hours (for 3-hours lessons) and for 3,5 hours without lunch (for Full-day lessons). Any group lesson with 2 or more participants will run for the full duration.

Ski Gudauri recognizes the disruption and uncertainty caused by COVID, but we want to assure all of our guests that we will continue to operate as close to normal as possible, with extra safety measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our guests and community.
Cancellation policy COVID-2019
We will provide a full refund for the unused lessons and equipment rental in case of the resort restrictions or closure related to COVID.
Our normal cancellation policy will apply if you need to cancel lessons due to illness as a result of COVID. You must ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place for such an event.
All rental gear will be sanitized after use.
Guests will be asked to follow the social distancing guidelines on the floor to indicate how many people will be allowed to wait for rentals at any one time.
We strongly encourage our guests to book the rentals as far in advance as possible!
